Hi Paul,

I feel I must write and thank you for your amazing, friendly service when we recently bought the Eriba Triton 240GT from Compact Caravans. Living in Kent we couldn't drop in to check what was needed and had to rely entirely on you, but no problems with that. When we drove up to collect the van you had taken care of everything, from a converter from 7 to 9 pin electrics to the correct gas regulator, We camped at Teversal that night and your 'run through' on how to set up the Eriba was quite enough, and the manuals stayed in their folder until we got home. I had thought that this sort of service was long gone and we would unreservedly recommend you to anyone looking for a Compact Caravan.

Hi Paul,

Just a quick note to thank you for the friendly service and expert advice that you gave to us during the purchase of our Troll 555GTL. We had a pleasant journey home and just as you said towing the Troll was no problem at all, despite very gusty conditions it towed like a dream. We eagerly await our first weekend away which is planned for later this month.

Hi Paul just a quick hi to say thanks for such a great first experience at buying a caravan... we had a great 1 night stop in it and the weather held for us too. The caravan is great and we know we are going to have lots of fun going away in it. Not too keen on the towing side of it but then again everything scares me!!! Shep was fine with it and really loves his mover!!! gadget man or what. We never got the awning up no point and we were worried about rain but we are booked to go away for a long weekend in a couple of weeks and are going all the way down to the Norfolk coast so I will need a valium for that experience. Well Paul I hope you sell loads and earn your millions!! you deserve it. If we ever want to change her we will contact you thanks again Sarah & Shep
